The misapplication of certain nouns.

Now for today's intended post.

To draw from yesterdays post.
"...have always considered queer."
For a long time now I've had an urge to re-use terms such as gay and queer in their original intention.
I find it ironic that now they both mean to be homosexual but their archaic meaning for gay is; happy and colourful. And Queer means weird. IRONY.

As with many, I fall into the majority of people; the people who use brand names in everyday speech but the cant be helped. But I cant stand when a company tries to push their product with a tag line that would lead us to synonymies an item or service with their own name.
